Darren is an organisational learning strategist passionate about helping organisations transform and thrive in today’s fast-changing world. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of WiP Learning & Consultancy, he partners with forward-thinking leaders to create learning organisations that are innovative and positioned to succeed in the future of work.

 

He previously served as Lead Consultant and Director of Learning & Digital Solutions at a Singapore-based consultancy, where he led strategic engagements with major clients including Twitter (Asia Pacific), Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore, Don Don Donki Singapore, and TOUCH Community Services.

 

With nearly 15 years of experience in the property and facilities management sector, Darren has held leadership roles at Global Fortune 500 firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and regional banking leader Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC). He was conferred as a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Building and has served on its Board.

 

As an educator, he has taught at institutions including Liverpool John Moores University, Trent Global College of Technology and Management, the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore, and the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE).

 

He has also been invited to share his expertise at local and international events hosted by Griffith University, the National Library Board (NLB) Singapore, and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
