Darren is an organisational learning strategist passionate about helping companies transform and thrive in today’s fast-changing world. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of WiP Learning & Consultancy, he partners with forward-thinking leaders to build learning organisations that are innovative, future-ready, and equipped to lead in the evolving world of work.

 

Previously, Darren served as Lead Consultant and Director of Learning & Digital Solutions at a Singapore-based consultancy, where he led strategic engagements with major clients such as Twitter (Asia Pacific), Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore, Don Don Donki Singapore, and TOUCH Community Services.

 

With nearly 15 years of experience in the property and facilities management sector, Darren has held leadership roles at the global Fortune 500 firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and the leading regional bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC). He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Building and has served on its Board.

As an experienced educator, Darren has lectured and delivered training at institutions including Liverpool John Moores University, Trent Global College of Technology and Management, the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore, and the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE).
